Thank you for volunteering for Merton Pride! To help you and everyone else have a smooth and safe experience on the day, we ask all volunteers to complete two types of training:

• Site-specific training
• Counter-terrorism awareness training (online).

Nearer the time, you will also receive a written recap of key health & safety points.

Site-specific training

Coordinated by the relevant site lead via WhatsApp group.

Counter-terrorism awareness training

There are two options for this training:

Option 1: join a live online session delivered by the Met Police on one of the following dates:

1. 1. Monday 17th August at 7 p.m. 
   2. Tuesday 25th August at 7 p.m.
   3. Wednesday 2nd September at 12:30 p.m.

Option 2: if none of the dates above work for you, please complete this online course through the Highfield e-learning website in your own time: https://scan.highfieldelearning.com/ [select ‘For all staff’, ‘Individual’ and enter ‘Merton Plus’ as company].
